I caught a glance of my belly in the mirror while in the shower the other morning. To my horror, I saw the development of massive stretch marks covering my entire belly.
Then, I realized that I simply needed to clean the glass doors in our shower.
Really, the nesting can kick in here at any moment. The house needs a good scrubbing.

You are so close..... good luck with everything coming up. My kids are teens and I am still waiting on the nesting thing to kick in so my house will get clean.
ReplyDeleteDid you pull out the bleach and gloves yet? I think that will be the tipoff that it's started...
ReplyDeleteI hope you had an amazing holiday!
the nesting will kick in or maybe not, :). stetch marks are a sign of a good mother but I will hope you don't get them.
ReplyDeleteI nested REALLY well with Liv, but with Gabe I was too busy moving, getting married and working to nest.
ReplyDeleteI didn't nest with either of my babies...sure wish i would have, though, it would have been nice to bring them home to a clean house!
ReplyDeleteI didn't nest with either of my kids, wish I had!
ReplyDeleteDidn't have a single stretch mark with my son because I carried him so high. Then I gave birth and he dropped and gave me marks of delivery! Hoping you never get them but if you do Dove firming cream works GREAT!!
Crossing my fingers for nesting...
I keep wondering when the nesting instinct is going to kick in. Have I cleaned out the baby's room? Have I picked out paint colors? Am I almost 24 weeks? Somehow only one of those answers is "yes."
ReplyDeleteHahahaha...I still haven't nested with Maggie - and she's more than five months old now ;)
